The Modern features Chef Abram’s refined, contemporary cooking in a beautiful setting overlooking MoMA’s Abby Aldrich Rockefeller Sculpture Garden. The ever-evolving, seasonal menu is complemented by desserts from Pastry Chef Jiho Kim and an award-winning wine program led by Master Sommelier Michaël Engelmann. The Modern holds two Michelin stars, a Three Star review in the New York Times, four James Beard Awards, and the Grand Award from Wine Spectator. The Modern welcomes reservations up to 28 days in advance.
Beginning on Monday, October 8th, dinner at The Modern will be a multi course menu experience for $228 per guest. Wine pairings are available and hospitality is included.
For dinner reservations prior to October 8th, The Modern offers a $168 four-course menu and a $228 eight-course tasting menu.

The lively Bar Room offers Chef Abram Bissell's vividly seasonal contemporary cooking à la carte, along with an award-winning wine program and carefully curated cocktails, beer, and spirits. Guests have the option of sitting in The Bar Room, the adjacent lounge, or at the vibrant 24-seat marble bar. Walk-ins are accepted in all three areas, and The Bar Room also welcomes reservations up to 28 days in advance.
