Martiny’s, founded by Takuma Watanabe, is an award-winning cocktail bar in a historic Gramercy townhouse. It’s been named to both the prestigious World’s 50 Best Bars and North America’s 50 Best Bars for its refined, Japanese-influenced approach to mixology.
